Whole-image blur is a visual effect that softens every region uniformly. Choose it for backgrounds or stylistic treatment, then check that the intended subject separation and edge behavior remain acceptable at final size.
What to check
Inspect the exported pixels at full resolution. Visual obscuring can reduce casual readability but may not satisfy legal redaction or irreversible privacy requirements.
Check pixel dimensions, crop boundaries, transparency, small text, color, and the downloaded format at 100% zoom. Re-encoding may intentionally remove metadata and can change compression artifacts.
Privacy and limitations
Image pixels are processed in the browser and are not uploaded by these tools.
Image operations work with decoded pixels, so unsupported codecs, very large dimensions, color profiles, animation, metadata, and transparency may require special handling. Enhancement and enlargement can improve presentation but cannot recover source detail that was never captured.
