Use this PDF workflow when pages need a focused change for review, printing, sharing, accessibility, or another document system. PDFs can contain forms, fonts, annotations, images, links, and security settings, so a visually correct first page does not prove the entire document is correct.
What to check
Check every page box, orientation, scale, margins, and print result. Mixed page sizes can behave differently from the first previewed page.
Open the result in a second PDF reader and inspect page count, page order, fonts, forms, links, searchability, and print layout. OCR and reconstructed layouts should be proofread against the source.
Privacy and limitations
Browser PDF operations keep document bytes on this device. A tool is labeled as server-side when it requires a bounded external process.
PDF structure varies widely. Scans, uncommon fonts, malformed files, encryption, signatures, forms, annotations, layers, and complex page graphics may limit extraction or editing, and visual conversion does not automatically create accurate editable document structure.
